Responsibilities
Design and deploy go-to-market systems for WeLaunch clients across outbound, pipeline, and revenue operations.
Build ICP definitions, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel outreach sequences in collaboration with AI agent infrastructure.
Own the technical configuration of GTM tooling, CRMs, sequencers, enrichment platforms, and lead routing logic.
Identify and close gaps in client revenue workflows through structured audits and system redesign.
Translate GTM strategy into executable playbooks that AI agents can operate at scale.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or growth roles at a B2B company.
Hands-on experience with outbound tooling (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of sales pipeline mechanics and conversion optimization.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-assisted outreach or automation workflows.
Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM-based personalization at scale.
Prior work in a venture studio, agency, or multi-client environment.
