Responsibilities
Build and maintain client-facing web applications, dashboards, and internal tools across the WeLaunch product portfolio.
Develop and integrate AI agent workflows, automation pipelines, and API connections into scalable frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into production-ready code.
Optimize performance, reliability, and security across deployed systems.
Maintain clean, documented codebases and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full stack development (React, Node.js, or equivalent).
Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to work independently and deliver against tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or AI agent frameworks.
Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) alongside custom development.
Prior work in a fast-moving startup or agency environment.
