Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements — from onboarding through deployment and optimization.
Coordinate across engineering, GTM, and creative teams to keep projects on scope, on time, and on brief.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution before they affect outcomes.
Systematize repeatable workflows and contribute to WeLaunch's internal operational infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a tech or agency environment.
Strong command of project management tools (Notion, Asana, Linear, or equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing AI, automation, or software deployment projects.
Familiarity with B2B sales or RevOps workflows.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with lean teams.
