Project Manager Intern
We're looking for a Project Manager Intern to help keep deliverables, internal workstreams, and cross-functional projects on track. You'll be the link between customers, engineering, and leadership, making sure timelines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a 3–6 month internship with a clear path to a full-time Project Manager role based on performance.

What You'll Do
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across customer and internal workstreams
- Coordinate between customers, engineering, and leadership to keep work moving
- Surface blockers early and drive clear next steps to resolve them
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and meeting notes
- Support onboarding and handoff processes for new engagements
- Help improve internal operating rhythms so nothing falls through the cracks
What We're Looking For
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in AI products, operations, or client delivery
- Prior project coordination, internship, or campus leadership experience is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote, async-friendly environment
